To analyse your sales and wishlist data we need to be able to read your Steamworks data. In the following steps, we’re going to add a user to your Steamworks to allow us to read your data.
Connecting your Steamworks account
- Login to your Steamworks and under Users & Permissions, click Manage Users.
- Click the Invite User button, and add steamdatasuite_01@steamdatasuite.com as the e-mail address.
- Under “Partner wide permissions” check the box for View Financials (Publisher-wide) and click “invite user”
- Wait for us to accept the invite (can take up to 24 hours). Follow instructions in the email from Valve to confirm the invitation.
Verify the Steamworks connection
Go to the setup page for Steamworks on Steam Data Suite to see if all your games are connected. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the connection to be completed. Repeat the above steps for each Steamworks account that you use.
